The Amul Dairy (Panchamrut Dairy) Chiller Plant – 1.3 MLD project is an important dairy infrastructure development undertaken for The Panchmahal District Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union Ltd. (Amul Dairy). Executed as part of the industrial construction portfolio of Siddhi Constructions, the project involves the civil construction of a modern milk chilling facility with a handling capacity of approximately 1.3 million litres per day (1.3 MLD).

The chiller plant has been developed to strengthen milk collection, cooling, and storage operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The scope of work includes the construction of RCC structures, equipment foundations, utility buildings, service areas, internal infrastructure, and other supporting facilities required for the smooth operation of the dairy plant. Designed to meet the demanding requirements of the dairy industry, the project demonstrates Siddhi Constructions’ expertise in delivering high-quality industrial and dairy infrastructure with a strong focus on durability, precision, and timely execution.
